Personal Beliefs
I believe that each of us, at different times in our lives are confronted with something that is devastating, painful, and overwhelming. Often this is a death of a loved one, a past or present trauma, a war experience, a major health issue, or a painful personal loss. It is at that time that we are called to find the courage that lies within us, to face whatever the difficulty is and tap into our internal resilence to survive the experience. Often the pain and devastation that lingers from these experiences is something that can continue to hurt us. We may find that we need professional support, guidance, understanding, and compassion so that we can heal the parts of ourselves that were hurt through the painful and difficult experiences.
I offer to you, an opportunity to build a safe, supportive, and empowering relationship where you can work through grief, trauma, fear, loss or other emotions and issues that are keeping you from fully healing.
